Tzu-Hsin Shen has been a partner at Eluchans since 2020 and focuses his practice on corporate law, M&A and foreign investment. He has participated in numerous transactions, advising large national and foreign companies on various matters, such as corporate structuring, foreign investment, due diligence, negotiation of acquisition and takeover agreements, shareholders' agreement and joint venture agreements. Likewise, in various areas of the industry such as mining, energy, agribusiness, real estate, construction and infrastructure, among others.
