Patrick Raby he is the director of the labor area of ​​our office. He has been part of Eluchans since 2015. Throughout his career, Patrick has advised companies on compliance with current labor regulations and has represented them before the Courts of Justice. His practice focuses on advising companies on compliance with labor regulations, termination of employment contracts, work accidents and professional illnesses, labor disputes, collective bargaining, unions, unfair practices and violation of the fundamental rights of workers. At Eluchans, Patrick advises companies on internal and/or external audits of a labor nature, as well as on compliance with current regulations for eventual purchases and/or sales of the same (due diligence), among others.
