Macarena Jaramillo rejoined Eluchans as an associate in 2022, and is part of the corporate area. Macarena centers her practice on advising local and foreign clients on companies structurings, M&A, projects and infrastructure and financing, mainly in real estate, manufacturing, wholesale trade, entertainment, hotels, automotive and agriculture industries.
