Federico Santa María has been a lawyer of Eluchans since 2022.
He is mainly engaged in advising domestic and foreign clients in corporate, tax and regulatory
matters. In this context, he develops his professional practice in the review of different types of
contracts, corporate reorganization processes and inheritance planning, among others.
